Huge Nail Spike After Failed Ingrown Nail Surgery

Many years ago this patient had an ingrown toenail surgery performed but unfortunately not all of the ingrown nail was permanently damaged. This has allowed a painful little nail spike to appear. Today, we removed this sneaky little nail spike.
